Travel Claims

Now whenever you are abroad, you can enjoy the same peace of mind you do at home. ADIR’s Travel 24h/24 Assistance plan will be keeping an eye out. In case of unforeseen incidents, the process is as follows:

1- In case of a medical emergency and/or needing any assistance during your trip, contact the 24/24 Alarm Center on the following numbers, and they are ready to assist you:

2- Make sure you provide your full name, location, insurance certificate number and the nature of your claim.

3- To get refunded, we urge you to keep original invoices/receipts of all expenses incurred.

4- You also have to keep your original medical report in case of accident or illness (abroad).

5- Please retain any valuable document that may support your claim such as a police report, non-delivery document or property irregularity report from the carrier, travel ticket or any additional document.

6- Once you return home, we advise you to report your claim within a maximum period of three working days by contacting:

  • ADIR insurance on +961 1 256 290 ext.: 143 – 145
  • The travel agency where you bought your ticket

PS: Original copies of all required documents should be delivered to ADIR Insurance
