Medical Claims

Health is a vital element in our daily lives. Sometimes health issues are critical. ADIR Insurance considers health among its top priorities. Our ultimate goal is to ensure the most efficient and reliable healthcare services, no matter your medical condition. Whenever medical assistance is needed, we advise you to follow these easy steps, bearing in mind that ADIR Insurance will put, at your disposal in most hospitals, a delegate from our Medical Third Party Administrator (TPA) that offers you comprehensive healthcare assistance and Claims Management Solutions.

I- IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

1- To ease the admission process, show your medical & ID cards.

2- Our TPA will handle the approval process with your hospital/medical center.

3- In case you are enrolled in the NSSF (National Social Security Fund), make sure you get the NSSF’s post-authorization for admission (hospitalization) and hand it over to the healthcare provider/hospital.

II- IN CASE OF NON-EMERGENCY

1- Make sure you have prepared and provided the following documents. Give these documents to the hospital’s admission personnel or to our delegate, preferably 48 hours in advance:

a. Medical report including the diagnosis and related surgery code
b. Identity card
c. Medical card
d. NSSF post-authorization, if any

III- IN CASE OF LABORATORY TESTS/OUT-PATIENT SERVICES
1- Present the following documents to the healthcare provider:

a. Your physician’s medical report including the diagnosis
b. Identity card
c. Medical card

2- If appropriate, our TPA will send the authorization to the selected healthcare provider

3- A deductible amount (if any) is settled directly with the healthcare provider.
